Philadelphia Cheesesteak Adventure at Rams Diner, 907 S High St, West Chester, PA.

Spoiler Alert, I liked this cheesesteak. Carrying it to my car I could tell it had some good weight to it. The french fries did add some weight. I was very happy when I opened the container and saw my cheesesteak. It looked very well made and the french fries had the good coating on them. I would call this Cheesesteak good traditional. The roll was traditional and good. It had a good bread to crust ratio and ate very well. The cheesesteak had a good amount of good meat. It had a decent amount of cheese. I wish the cheese would have been mixed in with the meat and extras better. It had a nice balance of good fried onions and mushrooms. I wish they would have spent more time on the grill but it was 8:12 in the morning. The Cheesesteak had good balance and ratios. It had a touch too much oil and you know I don’t like paying $0.75 to put fried onions on a cheesesteak. Call the Philadelphia Cheesesteak Adventure podcast and let’s talk cheesesteaks, 732-228-3140.
