Philadelphia Cheesesteak Adventure at Side Bar & Restaurant, 10 E Gay St, West Chester, PA.  Scored 93/100.

939th different cheesesteak eaten in the last 4 years.  Guest Eater Amigo Dan.  Joe was there for the drinks.  I was a very very very good cheesesteak.  It is made with sliced Rib Eye.  The meat is amazing, tender, juicy and flavorful.  It comes on a slightly toasted seeded roll.  The roll holds up to a lot of juice.  The cheese was melted on top very nicely.  I would describe this as an elegant traditional cheesesteak.  Great balance of flavors.  It was very easy to eat.  Our bartender, I’m 98% sure her name is Vicki (she’s from Pittsburgh) was fabulous.  The sweet potato tater tots were Super-freaking-amazingly-stupendous.

Drive TO 1,000!  939 different cheesesteaks eaten in the last 4 years.  I’ll be at a 1,000 different cheesesteaks by the end of the year.  I love guest eaters, DM me to join me.  Actually, I will join you at your favorite spot.
